Battle For February

This is a little late coming, but sometimes it takes a while to rejoice in such a victorious battle.

This month Proteus' united Chaos front went head to head with the dastardly tomb dwelling Necrons. My opponent Narceron played a well stratagized battle, but alas his forces were not up to snuff. Iron Warriors Land Raider

This is my landraider. Sadly its not finished after all these years. It has been beat up a bit and needs some touch up, plus it would be nice to be able find out where I put the tracks for it. I had planned on shaving the imperial eagles off of them, but never got around to it.

Chaos Rising....again!!

Back in 3rd/4th edition I played Iron Warriors. And being able to use a fourth heavy support fit the bill quite well. I used three defilers with indirect fire and a basilisk. Pair those heavy hitters with a wall of Rhinos from my troops and HQ there was some major damage to had on game days. Volkswagen is down with the Force?

I caught wind of Volkswagen's Super Bowl commercial today and had to share it. I laughed so hard I had to share it with the rest of the family. It reminded me of a long time ago in a galaxy....wait, sorry...it reminded me of when I was a kid and I'd tie a towel around my shoulders and pretend to be a super hero or wave a stick around pretending to be a jedi. Good times!!
